This week's theme is: Spoofs / Satires / Mocumentaries
Awesome theme for this week! I love watching movies that are satires or spoofs of various other movies or topics and I tend to watch a lot of movies in that nature! So, I will be listing some of my favorite spoof movies ever made!
King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table embark on a surreal, low-budget search for the Holy Grail, encountering many, very silly obstacles.
Oh man! I remember watching this movie quite a bit in school! I just loved the way that this movie spoofed the King Arthur mythos and there were so many hilarious scenes in this movie, including the scene where the Black Knight constantly gets his limbs cut off!
2. Hot Fuzz
A skilled London police officer is transferred to a small town with a dark secret.
Oh my god! I just loved this movie when it first came out! I loved the way that the film spoofed the police thriller genre and I loved all the characters in this film!
In Shanghai, China in the 1940s, a wannabe gangster aspires to join the notorious "Axe Gang" while residents of a housing complex exhibit extraordinary powers in defending their turf.

I haven't seen this Monty Python film but I'm sure it's hilarious. I love Hot Fuzz and I made a colleague of mine fall in love with it too.
